1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to HiRO CCTV. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship, access to, and usage of the HiRO ecosystem products, including application software, analytical dashboards, edge node configurations, and mobile integrations. Please read them carefully.
2 Services Offered
HiRO provides sophisticated software solutions for computer vision-based security surveillance, crowd monitoring, digital signage content management (CMS), visitor statistics, and community management. These services are delivered via online portal dashboards, local servers, edge analytical triggers, and real-time push alert notification platforms.
3 License and Usage
Subject to compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to access and run the HiRO software on your authorized devices. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, lease, resell, or distribute any part of the HiRO source code or proprietary software systems.
4 Prohibited Activities
You agree to use HiRO services strictly in accordance with applicable laws. You may not:
- Deploy the software for illegal surveillance or unlawful hacking activities.
- Disrupt, compromise, or overload HiRO servers, API gateways, or WebSocket connection networks.
- Circumvent licensing checks, security configurations, or user permissions.
- Employ AI analytics or video feeds to profile, discriminate, or breach the privacy of individuals in violation of local laws.
5 Data Use and Ownership
All data and analytics processed by our systems are governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain proprietary ownership of the media content and video streams connected to your cameras. However, you grant HiRO a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to process this media to deliver active alerts, generate analytics reports, and improve platform functionality.
6 Intellectual Property
All software architectures, UI designs, code bases, brand elements, logos, icons, and instruction guides are the exclusive intellectual property of HiRO CCTV or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or publication of these materials is strictly prohibited.
7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your credentials or license allocation for violations of these terms, or for platform abuse, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiRO CCTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of data, security bypass, or operational downtime) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services.
9 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
